A woman in her 40s in Mora has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder of a man of approximately the same age.
The police were alerted to an injured person in a residence at 19:33 on Monday evening.
“When we arrived at the scene, we found an injured man who had been stabbed,” said Matilda Borgström, the duty officer at the police.
Shortly thereafter, the woman was apprehended and later arrested during the night to Tuesday. The relationship between the man and the woman is unclear.
“It is difficult to comment on the severity of his injuries, but he has been taken to the hospital,” said Borgström.
