A person has been found dead in the water at Hosjöbadet in Malmköping on Monday, reports SVT Sörmland. It is believed to be the same person who was sought after during a drowning alert on the night leading into Saturday.
“It is in all likelihood the same person we searched for over the weekend,” said police spokesperson Mats Petterson.
A search operation involving a boat, helicopter, and drone was initiated but was called off on Saturday after no person was found.
There is no suspicion of it to be a crime.
