Prepare for rain, with some areas possibly experiencing torrential downpours, warns the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute (SMHI). This warning extends to many areas up to southern Norrland today.
In western Götaland, Västtrafik issued warnings yesterday about canceled departures. According to P4 Väst, this affects trains between Gothenburg and Strömstad as well as between Gothenburg and Vänersborg.
Yellow warnings for torrential rain are in effect for Götaland and southwestern Värmland, where significant amounts of rain may fall in a short period.
