Early Tuesday morning, there was a shooting at an apartment building in the Råby district of Västerås. Police were alerted around 1 AM.
“We received several calls about loud bangs. When we arrived, we confirmed that someone had fired shots into an entrance,” said Patrik Wallblom, RLC commander at the police in the Central region.
No one was injured in the incident, and no suspects have been identified or apprehended yet.
“We are still on site working with forensic technicians,” said Patrik Wallblom at 4 AM.
